Three Little Piano Pieces [E-book + Audio]

These three piano pieces are based on three exciting Brazilian dances and have been performed by many piano students in Canada and Brazil. Students have lots of fun while developing their rhythmic skills and coordination.

• Brazilian Spy contain rhythmic patterns from Afoxe. It particularly trains the RH in syncopations and subdivisions.(RCM level 2)
• Feast of June is based on an exciting dance from the northeast called Xóte where the eight notes are swung and the right hand resembles an accordion. Great piece to practice some coordination between both hands. (RCM level 4)
• Baiando explores fifths on the left hand that are set to a fun rhythmic pattern from a dance called Baião. This piece creates a fun opportunity for pianists practice syncopations between both hands and expand their rhythmic perception. (RCM level 3)
